Step-by-step guide to uploading your images
Log in to your account and select the 'upload' link at the top right of the page.
Drag your images into the window and where necesary, include a PDF release.
Once uploaded, now what?
Once your images are uploaded, select the Image Edit link at the top-right of the page.
Although you can apply specific tags at this stage, it makes sense to wait until we have reviewed your images, so you don't spend time applying tags to images that may be rejected.
Please remember that our keyworders will add core tags, but you must apply specific tags, such as locations and historical periods.
How our team review your images
All submissions go through several steps before final selection.
This entails a team reviewing all incoming work and applying a pre-approved or pre-rejected status to your images. A second team then reviews pre-approved and pre-rejected before applying the final status.
Standards are extremely high to ensure our collection is of the highest quality and relevant to our industries.
